To help you make the most out of your transformation discovery session, take some time to reflect and email Glenn with your responses to these three questions:
• What is your main struggle? (The one you would most like to be free from.)
• What are your goals? (This time next year, what would you want to be different?)
• What is your biggest question? (Something you can’t quite figure out.)

Mindset is the missing piece of the puzzle! To help you understand your weight management mindset, please complete the Psychological Profile for Weight Management.
You can complete it in the time it takes to have a cup of coffee and get a free report with concrete, accurate and re-testable measures of your levels of intuitive eating, emotional eating, dieting mindset, exercise confidence, emotional wellbeing, self-esteem and body image.
